Product Warranty

In 2 years,we will provide free parts for replacement if any problem belongs to us during this period; 2 years later,we provide spare parts for replacement based at cost charge. And we offer life-long technical support services for our led screens.
Technical Support

You can send your staff who has some knowledge of electricity and computer to our factory and we will provide one week free of charge training of how to maintain and repair. Meanwhile we can also send engineers to guide the installations and operations on site.

Carton Boxes

Like for led modules,we use carton cases with pearl wool inside. Each case,we can load from 20-76 modules/ carton. This allows that we can directly send the carton box by express to our customers without damage. Also we can offer customized carton boxes with.
Plwood cases

For fix installation project,we use plywood cases to pack and inside the cabinet,we have protection pearl wool to protect the screen lamp from being crashed during transportation.
Flight cases

For rental screen customers,we use flight cases to allow the screen easily to be moved from here and there for different events usage. Also for some big creative led screens,we also use flight cases to pack to protect the screen.
